Fourteen Miles at Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls was an excellent trip.
We stayed for two weeks and really got to be tourists there. There was time to look around, wander, stop for the views, and enjoy the place instead of rushing through it. By the end of the trip, I was genuinely happy with how much we had done.
The part that stuck with me most was the walking. I walked about fourteen miles. That was right after starting a new diet and exercise plan, and it was the first time in a very long time that I had walked that far because of injuries.
I still look back at that distance and think: if I could do that for fun, then I can do this for exercise.
