Desert Ride With Aden

It was a great day for a short-ish ride out in the desert with Aden.

The ground was flat, the landscape was all desert, and the whole thing had this strange, memorable feeling: starting in the middle of nothing and then riding farther into even more nothing.

That was the charm of it. No big climb, no dramatic trail feature, no complicated route. Just open desert, bikes, and enough quiet space to make the ride feel different from anywhere else.

It was simple, unique, and rather enjoyable.
